Our new Invite Feature has been adding hundreds of new customers since it became available on the site. It is so thrilling to see the use of the application helping our members with an effortless way to invite their friends and share the opportunity. We will be changing the subject line of the invitiation on a regular basis so keep on sending those invitations out. You're bound to attract just the person you want on your team!

Our Instant Chat feature was just installed on Friday. In my opinion this is by far the most exciting feature for direct real time engagement of the MyTVBids site. Think about this! The moment you've been waiting for has finally arrived! The MyTVBids Invitation Option is available to use right now!
1) Log in to MyTVBids
2) Choose the "Invite Contacts" option
3) Choose from the list and add your login info

You can import from one of the sources on the list or you can add individual email addresses.

How will it work?

We realize that everyone is anxiously awaiting the new INVITE feature to go live! We want it to go live more than you can imagine! However, because this feature will allow you to send mass invites, it is of the utmost importance for us to be compliant with the anti-spam laws that are in place and to ensure that you are protected.
We know we have honest members who will always do the right thing when it comes to building their business, however, because this business is so lucrative, some people may not be so honest when it comes to sending invites only to their contacts. For that reason, our programmers are putting in extra precautions to protect everyone and it is taking longer than we anticipated.
We will not launch this feature until we know it is done right and that you can safely use it to your benefit!

I want to thank each of you for your participation in what will soon be the hottest internet Shopping and Social Experience. Your dedication and participation is greatly appreciated.
On last night’s call we took the time to explain the new MyTV Business Agent (MBA) programs and how best to position yourself for explosive growth in your MyTV Business. Rather than duplicating the preceeding update I just want to ask each and every one of you to take a look at just how simple this business really is and share the great news.
Remember, our new packages are designed to give all our members what they need to get things moving, and there is no time better than now. Simply adjust your autoship profile or delete it and create a new one with the new package that you want this month and subsequent months.
So my suggestion to you is:
Get your business listed in MyTVPhonebook and post your ad in MyTVClassifieds.
Share the MyTVBids opportunity and social experience with your friends and family.

These packages have been the chit-chat throughout our network and we can understand why. We have simplified our program to help each of you be more successful and have a lot of fun with the MyTVBids Auction site to boot! Let me explain...
We now offer three (3) new packages to help you recruit new representatives, giving them a means to advertise through MyTVClassifieds and MyTVPhonebook. These packages also offer a generous BONUS bank of ShowBid credits for the MyTVBids auction site.
The three (3) new packages are:
1. MyTVBusiness Agent(MBA)
This package gives the new representative the opportunity to participate in the business with one (1) Video Ad on MyTVClassifieds or one (1) Video Business Listing on MyTVPhonebook AND 40 BONUS ShowBid credits each month.
This package also gives the member a discounted price of $0.55 per Showbid credit for additional ShowBid credit purchases. That's a 30% savings!
2. MyTV Business Agent Plus(MBAPlus)

How to Update Your Existing Package(NOT BEFORE June 1, 2010)
1. Log in to your MyTVClassifieds Extranet back office.
2. Go to your "Autoship" tab and delete your current autoship profile. 3. Go to "My Orders" tab and create a "New Order" - choose any date that you want your new autoship to start on. 4.Be sure to choose "Autoship" on your new order.
ShowBid Credits Will Be Applied Within 24 Hours
When changing your autoship by choosing a new MBA package, please allow up to 24 hours for your ShowBid Credits to be applied to your account.
After June 1, Bronze, Silver and Gold Ad Paks Will NOT be Offered
The three (3) new packages outlined below will replace the current Bronze, Silver and Gold packages that were previously offered. If you wish to keep the Bronze, Silver or Gold package that you currently have, you may, but these will not be offered to new Independent Representatives after June 1, 2010.
MyTV Retail Product Packages
With our new MyTV Business Agent packages our members can retail to their clients and social site friends.
MyTVPhonebook video advertisements and MyTVBids credits are available at a profit to the representative. MyTVPhonebook listings can be sold to our member’s clients on a monthly and/or annual subscription.
MyTV ShowBid credits are an "on demand" purchase made by free members of the MyTVBids auction and social site to participate in our reverse auction.
Additionally, MyTV ShowBid credits will be purchased by the free members in bundles of 20, 50 and 100 credit packages. These packages will be made available later in the week.
Business Building Plan The MyTV Business opportunity allows the representative the option to build their business and generate income through the following methods:
Recruit free members to join the MyTVBids auction and social site and earn profit from the sale of ShowBid credits.
Sell MyTVPhonebook and MyTVClassifieds advertisements to other businesses and earn a profit from the sale of ads.
Recruit and train Independent Representatives to do the same and earn a profit from the recruitment and sale of their partner’s efforts through the MyTV Business
representative compensation plan.

We just announced on our special webinar tonight that we will be launching your Affiliate URLS tomorrow at noon - that's 12:00pm EST!

Tomorrow at noon you will be able to log in to your sites to get your affiliate URL. You will find it in your "My Account" section when you scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
Domain Address
We suggest that you buy a personal domain address to mask and redirect your affiliate URL - that way it will be easy to remember and looks more professional as well!
When the affiliate URL goes live tomorrow at noon, you will see new headings in your "My Account" list:
"Earnings" - will record any retail sales made by your personally sponsored MyTVBids customers
"My Sponsor" - all members as well as free members of MyTVBids will see their personal sponsor's contact info and there will be an upgrade link there as well
"Personal Signups" - will record your current personally enrolled MyTV members as well as new MyTVBids customers who sign up free
"My Affiliate URL" - you can copy and paste this URL (do not try to type this - for accuracy, copy and paste only - another reason why a redirected domain is best)
As well, the blue JOIN button and the red JOIN tab will be live at noon EST tomorrow. Make sure that if your prospects go directly to the MyTVBids site that they have your member ID#.

Uploading Photos
We have now made the uploading of photos to your photo albums much easier. Photos will automatically be resized, no matter what size they are when you load them. It may take a few seconds longer for the upload if the photo is especially large but it generally takes under 10 seconds for the resizing. This should make it much easier for you if you have large photos saved on your computer.
Photo Captions (Description)
Adding captions (Description) is now optional, but we would like to encourage you to use the captions when uploading photos. We feel this makes browsing through photos much more interesting for viewers.
Please continue to add more photos and videos and make lots of friends on MyTVBids! This will definitely be an asset to you when you start inviting others to join MyTVBids. Your prospects need to see that you are an active member of the social site in order for them to request to be added as a friend!
Uploading Videos
Just a tip about loading videos to the social site.... if you are wanting to load a YouTube video or similar, you should be able to find the URL within the embed code... just look for a URL that begins with http:// in the code and use that link for the URL. If it does not work, you can delete it and try again. Just click "Add" from the video section.
Go ahead and add a video of your favorite music, or your favorite funny video... anything that will tell your prospects a little about you and your favorite things!

Resizing photos - we have now added an automatic feature where you photos will be resized no matter what size they are to begin with. You no longer have to resize your photos (unless you want to). The photos take about 10 seconds (or less) to process and they will automatically be resized for you and added to your albums!
Invitation Option
Every day we get closer to going live with the invitation option. Please continue to give us your patience. You will love using this tool when it's ready to go! We have a few final tweaks and adjustments to complete and our programmers are working very hard to finalize all that we ask of them.
Today we added your affiliate URLS to your MyTVBids accounts - though you will not be able to see these until we go live with the invite option. You will find it in your account when you scroll to the very bottom of the page (only when invite option is live). You will be able to copy and paste this URL and anyone who joins from that page will be credited to you!
Using Alertpay
When purchasing credits, please do not close the browser. Let it time down on its own and you will be redirected back to your site, at which time you will see your credits added to your account at that time. If you purchase credits and they have not been added to your account, send us a support ticket right away to let us know and we will add them ASAP.
When bidding and buying, please be sure that you have your Alertpay account (and PIN) ready BEFORE you use the "BUY NOW" button. We already have a 2000% increase to traffic to the MyTVBids site and we are not even live with the invitation option yet.
Consider this. When you send out your invitations to join MyTVBids, your prospects will be looking for your profile.
It is very important that you go to your MyTVBids account to log in. Use the MyTVClassifieds ID# field to add your ID, leave the MyTVBidsID/Email box blank (this is where free members will sign in) and in the password box use the same password that you have for MyTVClassifieds.
From the social site click on "Edit my profile" under the avatar photo and fill out your name and upload your profile picture.
If you get a message that says your picture is too large you can choose another picture or re-size it. To re-size any picture go to Google and type in the words "resize picture" and you will find free software that will allow you to resize your photos (500px is optimum width). After you have the profile picture you want, scroll to the bottom of your edit page and hit "Update".
A cool tool we found online for resizing photos is here:
Next you need to create an album or as many as you like. In the "My photos" section click the "add" button at the bottom. Follow the same procedure to create your album cover page. Once you have created the cover page click on the picture and start adding photos to your album.
Important: for each photo you upload you MUST TYPE A DESCRIPTION IN THE CAPTION BOX BELOW in order to see the picture you saved.

Important Update
Revenue Sharing Checks
When Facebook started back in February, 2004, their membership was very small. No one knew at that time that Facebook would be the Multi-Million giant that it is today, over 6 years later.
If you had been a part of revenue sharing with Facebook in the beginning, what would your checks have been from the start, compared to where Facebook is today? Eric Eldon at "Inside Facebook" reports that Facebook revenue is expected to reach $1.1 billion by the end of this year.
When MyTVClassifieds launched in the last quarter of 2009, we expected our membership to grow at an even pace, and then faster as we got all our MyTV sites up and running. We started with the MyTVClassifieds site and 4 months later we launched the MyTVPhonebook site. We have seen steady growth since then and we expect to see fast and furious growth once all elements of MyTVBids go live.
Launching both MyTVClassifieds and MyTVPhonebook was necessary before we launched our third site, MyTVBids Social and Auction site.
We realize that once the MyTVBids site fully launches with all of its components in place, if we only experience 10% of the success of what the huge social sites have, it will be worth millions. By combining the Auction site with our Social site, our growth is expected to go far beyond that.
With that being said, everyone who qualified for income has been paid the checks they earned from the powerful compensation plan every week and every month, always on time or even before they were due. In fact, to date we have paid out nearly $100,000 in commissions and matrix bonuses to our members.
Since our membership was small in the beginning, our first revenue sharing checks would also be the same in comparison, and is calculated this way:
Profit Sharing reserve is 5% of total Revenue for the quarterly period(s).
Profit Sharing is split into 4 parts.
The Founders Club bonus makes up one part, or 25% of the 5% reserve.
This final amount is split equally between all qualifying Founders Club members (those that were active Jan-Feb-Mar 2010).
This calculation was ($114,600 x 5%) ∕ 4 ∕ ?
"?" represents the number of qualifying members.
Remember, active Founders Club members enjoy the benefit of a "Grandfathered" qualification in the first pool, regardless of qualification requirements, for LIFE. The only requirements they have is to be an active paid member during the quarterly period.
With this model, we pay on revenue/volume, not just on profit. If you would like to view the published Compensation Plan you can go to http://MyTVMembers.com/salesaides for the complete details. This plan has been available for your review since the very first day you joined and has been edited only to include the Power Matrix info (added in February, 2010). Additionally, as you all know, we have modified the 3x9 Matrix to a 3x7 Matrix to pay out even greater commissions to our members that qualify.
Even though the first revenue sharing checks were small, along with our membership, we have some of our motivated members earning weekly payments amounting to over $3,000 to $5,000 in monthly commissions.
We are anxiously waiting for the MyTVBids Auction to be launched soon (with daily pay!), and we are very excited about the number of people who are getting positioned for huge growth!
Update on the MyTVBids Site
We have launched Phase 1 of the MyTVBids site on Thursday night (Apr 29). It is the beginning of the Social side of MyTVBids.com. We will be expanding the Social site with a lot more features that will be added soon to make it a fully functioning Social site. We have programmers working almost around the clock on the Social side to add more functions and you will see these pop up from your profile as they become available.
With the complexity of this site and the huge income potential, we are using extra precautions and making sure each component is being tested and re-tested before we open the Auction element to our members. Although we could open the Auction side of the site now since it is calculating correctly, we need to be able to have additional tracking from the administration side put in place before we go live with it. The programmers are working on this now, and as soon as they finish we will open the Auction up.
The "Invite" feature (Phase 3) is also being worked on but it can not be launched until after the Auction is put in place and we know all is working as expected.
We appreciate your patience and support. There is a lot of excitement already for MyTVBids. If you google MyTVBids you will be excited to see who and how many people are already talking about it around the nation!

Let me tell you that in the past I have had the opportunity to build quite a few businesses, from health care processing centers and broadcasting properties right down to a chain of fast food restaurants. Happy anniversary! Today marks our 6-month anniversary.
What an exciting time it has been! If you think the first 6 months were ground breaking, just wait and see what the next 6 months will bring!
We are near completion of our new MyTVBids site and social network. Final preparation has taken place and we have successfully migrated our sites to our new servers. We have been testing and making adjustments to our programming and it is near completion.
Our auction site is functioning properly. Today we activated our Live Chat application to the social site and over the next 24-48 hours we will be in the final phase of testing our enrollment processes.
Products are being added and bonus ShowBid credits are being added to active MyTV member accounts. We are very close to launching the site that is sure to make internet history.

I am so excited about the launch of MyTVBids. Are you? I am privileged to give you the run down on what to expect as we prepare to launch this all inclusive Shopping and Social Experience.
Before I begin, let me congratulate Melanie Golubinski and Brandon Potter, our daily winners of 100 Free ShowBid Credits! One thing I am noticing across the board is fragmentation. There are so many ways to build your MyTV Business that many of our members are losing focus on what will work best for them. When we did our initial calculations, we observed that members had the most people within their first 7 levels. So we decided to run the numbers on the compressed matrix to see if we could increase the pay for the first 7 levels. We are happy to report that it caused everyone's checks to go UP!
We loved the results and so for the first Quarter of 2010 we will compress the matrix to 7 levels and pay out more per level as an extra bonus to everyone who qualifies! On some levels you are earning more than twice the normal amount!
So this means that until the end of March, 2010, you will be paid a straight $1.25 per person on levels 2-7 (after compression). When you factor in your 100% check match, which will be a direct benefit of your personal business building efforts, that means you can earn up to $2.50 per person per month on the Power 3x9 Matrix!
Some people missed out on matrix checks! Automatic Ad Renewal
Great news! We have enhanced our MyTVClassifieds Ad and MyTVPhonebook Listing renewal process. You are no longer required to go to your Advertiser Account to renew your postings. After your autoship is processed each month, your ads and listings will renew automatically.
Please keep in mind that if your autoship is rejected for any reason the ads will expire and you will need to manually renew them upon processed payment.
Straight Line Matrix
Over the past week some of our members have been noticing that their new enrollments have not been appearing as they were in the past. This was a programming issue that came about once our web developers incorporated the new Power 3x9 Matrix. This issue has been resolved and did not affect anyone's commissions and/or position requirements.

When a new member joins, they can join for FREE through the month of FEB, 2010, AND they can post a FREE 30-Day Ad instead of just 7 days. When they choose the 7-Day Free Ad option, they will see in the description that it has been extended to 30 days.

We have added a section on the main website for our member testimonials. We have many more to add! If you place your mouse cursor (without clicking) on the section, it will stop rotating. When you move the cursor away, it will rotate again. Click on the member's name and you will see their MyTVClassifieds ad or MyTVPhonebook listing!

New feature added to MyTVClassifieds for MyTVPhonebook Listings You may now choose which ads you want to appear on your MyTVStores when adding a listing to MyTVPhonebook.
You can do this from your advertiser account on MyTVClassifieds. If you look at the heading above the "Deactivate" buttons you will see "MyTVSTORES STATUS". This refers to only the ads that will be displayed from any business listings that you may add to MyTVPhonebook.
The ads that say "Deactivate" are the one that will be displayed on the MyTVStores buttons from your business listing on MyTVPhonebook. The ads that say "Activate" will not be displayed from your MyTVStores button.
Activating or deactivating any ads in your advertiser account will not affect your ads that are displayed on MyTVClassifieds. It only affects ads that are displayed on MyTVPhonebook from your MyTVStores button.
For example, do a search on the MyTVPhonebook site for keyword "candles" and then click the "MyTVSotres" button. You will see only the ads that this member wanted displayed with their listing.
The "deactivate" button simply prevents other ads from being displayed on the listing if they are not relevant.
This will only work well for one listing since activating or deactivating the ads in your advertiser account will affect any listings that you add to MyTVPhonebook for your personal ID#.

Update Message: How to Post an Ad on MyTVClassifieds

Here is an easy step-by-step guide to posting an ad (Spanish Below):
1) Log in to your advertiser account from the "ADVERTISER LOGIN" button.
2) Enter your member ID# in the top field and your password and "Submit". If you are a customer, enter your Customer ID# (begins with a C) in the Customer ID# field.
3) Click "Post to Classifieds".
4) Select a Category.
5) On the ad posting page, choose one or more Sub-categories then one or more "Cities" for the State you want to post your ad in.
6) Fill in the necessary fields for your ad.
7) Click "PREVIEW" to view the ad when you are finished.
8) If you like it, go ahead and click "Continue" to begin the publishing process.
9) Go back to your advertiser account to the "Un-published Ads" tab, open up the ad and click the "PUBLISH" button to publish it. Once the ads are published they will then be listed in your "Published Ads" list in your advertiser account.
10) If you need to edit the ad again, simply find it in your advertiser account, open it, then click "Edit", make your changes and "Preview", then click "Continue" to confirm your ad. You will need to "PUBLISH" the ad each time you edit an ad. Simply go to the "Un-published Ads" tab in your advertiser account, open up the ad and click "Publish".
