Hello from Ocean City, Maryland!  I need to apologize for getting this update out so late.  On Sunday and Monday we attended the Ocean City Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Association Trade Expo in Ocean City, Maryland!  What an event!  We made hundreds of friends here are I am confident that there will be bunches of new advertisers on our MyTVPhonebook site in short time.  This is so exciting!

On Sunday's update call we went over quite a few things with regards to the testing of the new MyTVBids as well as the Preferred Elite Member status that will be closing March 31, 2010. 

The things you need to know as a MyTV Member are:

March is The Last Month for MyTVClassifieds Free Enrollment
If you have not taken advantage of this opportunity, I encourage you to do so now!  March 31, 2010 will be the last day for Free Enrollment.  I encourage you to build your powerhouse sales organization this month.   There is so much in the making and having all three sites working together is sure to give our members a collage of marketing sites that are second to none. 

Preferred Elite Members
All "Active" members at the close of business March 31, 2010 will be classified a "Preferred Elite" member in our company.

When we did our initial calculations, we observed that members had the most people within their first 7 levels. So we decided to run the numbers on the compressed matrix to see if we could increase the pay for the first 7 levels. We are happy to report that it caused everyone's checks to go UP!
 

We loved the results and so for the first Quarter of 2010 we will compress the matrix to 7 levels and pay out more per level as an extra bonus to everyone who qualifies! On some levels you are earning more than twice the normal amount!

So this means that until the end of March, 2010, you will be paid a straight $1.25 per person on levels 2-7 (after compression). When you factor in your 100% check match, which will be a direct benefit of your personal business building efforts, that means you can earn up to $2.50 per person per month on the Power 3x9 Matrix!
 

Some people missed out on matrix checks!  You need to make sure before the end of February that you have purchased at least the Bronze Ad Pack or have personally sold at least 25PV in order to be paid on your matrix or receive any 100% check matches.  Then start promoting and get building your team ASAP!

We had planned to run the Power 3x9 Matrix commissions on Friday but with some last minute programming updates that needed to be done, it was impossible to accomplish it on Feb 12 as planned.

Because we had stated last week that the 3x9 Matrix commissions would be run early we felt it would be fair to tell you about the change in scheduling.

Since this is our first run with the 3x9 matrix, we want to make sure it is accurate!  ByDesign is doing some final adjustments on Monday and our goal is to have the commissions payout calculated and posted by Monday, Feb 15, which is the due date. Thankfully we are still on schedule!

Great news! We have enhanced our MyTVClassifieds Ad and MyTVPhonebook Listing renewal process.  You are no longer required to go to your Advertiser Account to renew your postings.  After your autoship is processed each month, your ads and listings will renew automatically.

Please keep in mind that if your autoship is rejected for any reason the ads will expire and you will need to manually renew them upon processed payment.

Straight Line Matrix
Over the past week some of our members have been noticing that their new enrollments have not been appearing as they were in the past.  This was a programming issue that came about once our web developers incorporated the new Power 3x9 Matrix.  This issue has been resolved and did not affect anyone's commissions and/or position requirements.

Presidential Update Summary

What an exciting call we had last night!  We announced that MyTVPhonebook is testing well and that we hope to roll it out Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.  This is so exciting because MyTVPhonebook together with MyTVClassifieds and MyTVAuctions will become three powerful components for anyone to build their business!

MyTVPhoneBook is the portal that showcases the business and products with full motion video and gives the customer a reason to shop with an “Print-on-Demand” Gift Certificate for their purchase.
